The Singapore Actuarial Society has been asked to review our Actuarial Standards to bring them into line with International Actuarial Association best practice.  To this end, five new Standards of Actuarial Practice have been drafted by the Professional Affairs Committee and the General and Life Practice Committees.

This Forum is the first opportunity for the full membership to discuss the drafts.  Following the discussion, the aim is to have the SAPs, with any amendments, accepted by the full membership at an EGM called in late December 2017.

 Thank you
