The SAS is delighted to announce that the Enterprise Risk Management Committee will be jointly organizing an ERM Webinar on 26th October 2023 at 6.30pm Singapore Time with ESSEC-CREAR.
The webinar is themed “Recent results on spatial/geometric quantiles and their extensions”. This webinar will present the recent results of the spatial quantiles regarding their robustness, their extension on the distribution on the sphere, and their application in high dimensional supervised classification.
This virtual session is presented by Prof. Davy Paindaveine, Professor of Statistics and Mathematics at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, organized by ESSEC-CREAR (Research on Risk) and coordinated by the SAS-ERM committee.
