The Singapore Actuarial Society's Actuarial Career Fair 2018 is round the corner! Each year, we attract 100+ bright-eyed analytical undergraduates with Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics and Quantitative Finance backgrounds and aim to provide an avenue for professionals and students to connect.

 

This year, we are holding it at a new venue, Singapore Management University School of Law's Hall Basement 1 - 55 Armenian Street, Singapore 179943 on the evening of the 8th February 2018 (Thursday) and would love for you and your team to join us! The event will commence from 6pm to 9pm and you only need to pay a Registration fee of $250 to have your own booth setup.

 

Group Breakout Sessions have been finalized based on topics on-demand by professionals and students and will be the following:

  1. Becoming a Data Science Actuary
  2. Employability Beyond the First Job
  3. A Day in the Life of a Fresh Graduate

Speed Interviews can also be arranged for you to have a chance to source for potential candidates for your internships or graduate analytical positions (please click for more information).

All you need to do is to send Patsy from SAS your available job positions to patsy@actuaries.org.sg and we will help reach out to SAS’s network of students via email blasts. You may then have the opportunity to scan through student profiles before the event and interact with these students in a scheduled short exchange during the career fair! 

 

Please RSVP here as soon as you can, by the 10th January 2018 and we will follow-up with you closely thereafter to furnish more details such as the booth payment procedure etc.
