SYPNOSIS
During this session we will be discussing key areas of focus for actuaries and the population regarding the affordability of living longer, including retirement income adequacy, healthcare and long-term care, investment strategies, mortality and morbidity modeling, and financial literacy and planning. We may also raise specific questions and considerations about developing retirement income solutions, pricing long-term care insurance, leveraging technology in healthcare, public-private partnerships, improving financial resilience, and enhancing the accuracy of mortality and morbidity projections… As there will be a good time allocated to Q&A, you will also get a chance to shape the content to your points of interest and get the most value of our speakers!

Lawrence Tsui, Chief Pricing Officer L&H | SwissRe
Lawrence Tsui is the Chief Pricing Officer for Swiss Re's L&H business globally. Based in Singapore with a team scattered around the world, he and his team are responsible for pricing methodology, new business steering, costing tools, contract wording and review of large and structured transactions for L&H reinsurance business across the globe. Prior to this, Lawrence covered a number of roles related to L&H Pricing and Product Development with a particular focus on Protection Products in the Asia-Pacific Region. Lawrence is originally from Australia, graduating from Macquarie University in Sydney and qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia in 1997. He also served on the SAS Council from 2002-05.
