SAS Evening Session: Nurturing Wellbeing from Within | 7 Nov
Join us for an evening of reflection, learning, and connection as we explore ways to build a healthier mind and community. This session aims to raise awareness about mental wellbeing and provide practical insights on nurturing balance and resilience in our daily lives.
Dr. Chan, our invited speaker will share valuable perspectives on maintaining mental health, followed by a fun and interactive group puzzle activity to unwind and connect with fellow members.

Speaker: Dr Christopher Chan
Dr Christopher Chan is a consultant psychiatrist in the private sector at the Psychiatric Care Clinic, Gleneagles. He subspecialises in mood and anxiety disorders and neurostimulation. He has a special interest in complex mood disorders and interventional psychiatry.
During his tenure at IMH, he led the Affective Disorders Service, which is the only quaternary service for the management of treatment resistant mood disorders in Singapore and was the primary ward consultant at the MDU. During this period, he was actively involved in education and research and was awarded national grants.
