The Social Committee of Singapore Actuarial Society once again would like to invite you to be part of this exclusive social event which will be hosted by our special Quiz Master Mr. Raymond Cheung.

Refreshments/Food and drinks/Nibbles will be provided for free – Come and enjoy a fun and interesting social night out once again with your colleagues and friends. There will be prizes for the top winning teams!
If you wish to form your own team, please indicate your team member’s full name at the additional information upon registration. There will be 5 participants per team (all team members need to login and register online for their participation).
We have limited seats of 50 available. Priority is given to SAS member and on first come first serve basis.
Please indicate upon registration if you are a non-alcohol drinker or vegetarian at the Additional Information, and we will make arrangement for you accordingly.
Please act early and register online at Quiz Night Online Registration with Patsy ASAP if you, your colleagues, friends and partners would like to attend. If you would like to seek for further information and/or clarification, please email Patsy.

Non Member registration: S$ 60
All cancellations must be emailed to clarice@actuaries.org.sg and patsy@actuaries.org.sg, an acknowledgement will be emailed to you within the same day.
$ 30 Penalty charge for cancellation via email on 24th October 2018 and thereafter.
$ 60 No show charge if you did not inform us on and before the 25th October 2018.
$ 60 Non-member‘s registration fees
