The Social Committee of Singapore Actuarial Society once again would like to invite you to be part of this exclusive social event which will be hosted by our special Quiz Master, Mr. Raymond Cheung.

Date:            Friday 20^th September 2019

Time:            6.30pm to 9.30pm

Venue:          Dallas @ Boat Quay 

                   31 Boat Quay, Singapore 049820

 

Refreshments/Food and drinks/Nibbles will be provided for free – Come and enjoy a fun and interesting social night out once again with your colleagues and friends. There will be prizes for the top winning teams!

 

If you wish to form your own team, please indicate your team member’s full name at the additional information upon registration. There will be 5 participants per team (all team members need to login and register online for their participation).

 

We have limited seats of 40 available. Priority is given to SAS member and on first come first serve basis.

 

Please indicate upon registration if you are a non-alcohol drinker or vegetarian at the Additional Information, and we will make arrangement for you accordingly.

All cancellations must be emailed to clarice@actuaries.org.sg and patsy@actuaries.org.sg, an acknowledgement will be emailed to you within the same day.

 

$ 30        Penalty charge for cancellation via email on 17^th September 2019 and thereafter.
$ 60        No show charge applies for cancellations on 19^th and 20^th September 2019.
$ 60        Non-member‘s registration fees
