Efforts behind the regulation change – revision of the China Life Insurance Critical Illness Morbidity Table (2020)
 

Background:

Last year, the China Association of Actuaries (CAA) completed a major milestone on the revision of the China Life Insurance Critical Illness Morbidity Table (2020). The major revision was a fruition of concerted efforts and cooperation by major entities which include the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC), CAA, insurance companies, reinsurers, among others.
