Actuarial Associate, Health Pricing and Portfolio Management | HSBC Life

Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will

• Support technical pricing, data analytics and portfolio management across the Group, Individual Health and Shield portfolios.
• Support product launches and system implementation.
• Own and maintain pricing tools, continuously enhancing their technical accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
• Assist senior stakeholders in designing strategies to achieve business goals through data analytics.
• Assist in regular portfolio monitoring updates to senior management. This includes inflation studies, actual vs expected studies for all products, understanding the key profitability/loss drivers and providing recommendations
   

Requirements
To be successful you will need

• University graduate in a relevant discipline for example Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics
• Proficiency in Prophet, VBA and Excel Programming
• Sharp communication skills
• Engaging and open-minded working attitude with emphasis on being a good team player
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail for financial analysis
