o Examination records, Exemption slip or other documentation demonstrating that you have completed part of the requirement towards Fellowship or Associateship with a C1AA or C2AA.

o Certificate from either a Category 1 Actuarial Association (“C1AA”) or Category 2 Actuarial Association (“C2AA”) from whom you have obtained your Associateship directly.
o Associateship obtained solely by way of any mutual recognition arrangement is not admissible.
o The certificate must clearly set out your membership class in that C1AA or C2AA.

Document Checklist (Fellow)

o Certificate from either a Category 1 Actuarial Association (“C1AA”) or Category 2 Actuarial Association (“C2AA”) from whom you have obtained your Fellowship directly.
o Fellowship obtained solely by way of any mutual recognition arrangement is not admissible.
o The certificate must clearly set out your membership class in that C1AA or C2AA.
o In addition, for a C2AA Fellow, you are required to upload (i) your CV detailing your work experience; (ii) evidence that you have completed study of actuarial theory and practice.
